White Bean Texas Tamale Chili

Navy beans and cannellini beans add a great source of protein to this chili. The tortilla strips, green chilies and fajita seasoning add great Texas flavors.
Ingredients
- 6 cooked chicken breasts, deboned and shredded in small strips
- 2 pkgs fajita seasoning mix
- 2 cans Rotel tomatoes
- 1 small can chopped green chilies
- 2 cans navy white beans
- 1 can cannellini beans
- 1 small onion, chopped and sauteed
- 1 small can shoe peg corn
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 large boxes of chicken broth
- 8 corn tortillas sliced in strips

Method
Drain beans and corn then place in crock pot. Add chicken and all other ingredients, except tortilla strips, then stir well. Cook 1 hour on high, add tortilla strips and cook 2 more hours. Top with sour cream and shredded cheese.
