
Great way to warm up the house and family on a brisk day.
Pour broth and tomato juice in stock pot on medium high heat.
Peel and slice carrots.
Peel and quarter onion.
Dice celery and potatoes.
Drain peas and corn.
Place all vegetables in soup and bring to boil.
Add in salt and pepper and boil soup for 10 minutes.
Reduce to simmer.
Notes:
Serve hot with a slice of homemade bread or biscuits on a cold night. Great recipe for crockpots as well.
