Ingredients:
| 1 tsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Small Onion, finely chopped |
| 1 lb | Ground Turkey |
| 1 can | (14-oz.) Beef Broth |
| 3 Tbsp | Chili Powder |
| 2 Tbsp | Ground Cumin |
| 2 tsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1 can | (10-oz.) Diced Tomatoes With Jalapeno Peppers |
| 1 can | (14-oz.) Whole Kernel Corn, drained |
| 1 can | (14 1/2-oz.) Diced Tomatoes |
| 1 can | (15-oz.) Black Beans, rinsed and drained |
| 1 cup | Salsa |
| Salt & Ground Black Pepper, to taste | |
| Shredded Cheddar Cheese, optional | |
| Chopped Green Onion, optional |
Directions:
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Saute onion and add turkey. Cook turkey until brown. Add beef broth and seasonings. Then add undrained tomatoes with peppers, corn, undrained diced tomatoes, black beans and salsa. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly. Lower to a simmer; simmer covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When serving turkey chili, top with shredded cheese and green onions, if desired.
