Ingredients:
| 3 | Cans, 14 ½ oz each, chicken broth |
| 2 pkg, | 9 Oz Each, refrigerated tortellini |
| 14½ oz can | Diced Tomatoes With Juice |
| 4 | Green Onions, chopped |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 tsp | Dried Basil |
| Sliced Mushrooms, optional | |
| Shredded Parmesan Cheese, to taste | |
Directions:
In a large pot, bring broth to a boil.
Add tortellini, tomatoes, onions, garlic and basil. Add mushrooms, if using. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Garnish servings with cheese.
Helpful Tips:
I use frozen tortellini and add sliced mushrooms.
