
A nice little southwestern chowder with corn, beans, and chicken to sink your teeth into. Very hearty!
1. Cook chicken tenders
2. In medium saucepan, combine cream corn, whole kernel corn, undrained tomatoes, beans, broth, chicken and 1/2 cup water. Bring to boil; reduce heat. Simmer, covered for 5 minutes.
3. Ladle into bowls. Sprinkle each serving with shredded cheddar cheese or chopped fresh chili peppers, and garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
