Nothing tastes better--or is healthier for you--than fresh vegetables. This cold soup will hit the spot on a hot day.
Chop garlic and onion.
Place garlic, onion, salt, and oil in a blender and pruee.
Quarter tomatoes, and working in batches, add tomatoes to blender mixture, and puree until mixture is smooth.
Empty soup into a pitcher or large container, add pepper, paprika, water, and vinegar and stir into soup. Refrigerate overnight.
Before serving add bread crumbs and stir into mixture.
Serve with garnish.
