Stew Chicken Gizzard

If chicken gizzards are your idea of a great meal, this is the way to go. Very country style.
Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken gizzard
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons adobo
- 2 chicken bouillon

Method
Clean gizzards and place in a pot to boil, with bouillon and adobo, until tender. When tender, add olive oil and onion, being sure to cook until onion is soft.
