Sparty On Chili

Two pounds of ground beef start off this chili and three different chile peppers add the perfect amount of flavor and heat.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 14.5 oz can diced roasted tomatoes
- 9 oz tomato paste
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 Anaheim chile pepper, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper, minced with 1/2 seeds
- 1 serrano chili pepper, minced with 1/2 seeds
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2-3 dashes cinnamon
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste

Method
Brown meat in a pan and drain. Transfer to a cooking pot and keep at medium heat. Drizzle with olive oil, add onion and saute 1-2 minutes or until fragrant, then add garlic. Saute 2 minutes, add tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Stir to incorporate tomato paste into meat. Once sauce thickens, 1-2 minutes, add chicken broth. Add jalapeno, serrano and Anaheim chile peppers then stir to thoroughly mix. Add remaining spices and season with salt and pepper to taste. Let simmer on medium heat 10-15 minutes then reduce heat to medium low. Let sit another 20-25 minutes, or until sauce is thick and looks hearty. Serve with crusty bread and top with sour cream and cheese, if desired.
