This traditional southern dish is packed with flavor from the seasoned shrimp, sausage and chicken to the perfectly cooked vegetables and thick sauce.

1 lb Peeled Shrimp
2 cups Cooked Okra
1 cup Boiled Corn
2 cups sliced Garlic Sausage
3 cups Cooked Rice, brown or white
8 Baked Chicken Wings, sectioned
1 stick Butter
1 can Thick Traditional Tomato Sauce
1 Green Bell Pepper, diced
4 Green Onions, chopped small
1 can Diced Tomato With Green Chilies
1 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp Seasoned Salt
1 tsp Garlic Powder
8 cups Water


Butter skillet and heat on medium high.

Add green onions and bell peppers.

Season shrimp with seasoned salt, cayenne pepper and garlic powder. Add to skillet and cook until done. In a large pot, add sausage and 2 cups water then boil. After sausage is done, add chicken with 6 cups water, okra, diced tomatoes with chilies, bay leaf, butter, corn and shrimp. Cook 5 minutes then add tomato sauce and cook 15 minutes. Let stand until cool enough to eat. Boil rice following cooking instructions on bag. Serve over rice.
