Ingredients:
| ½ lb | Bacon, chopped. |
| 6 Tbsp | Butter |
| 2 cups | Chopped Onion. |
| 1 cup | Chopped Celery. |
| 2 tsp | Minced Garlic. |
| ½ tsp | Salt. |
| 1 tsp | White Pepper. |
| ½ cup | Flour. |
| 2 | ( 10 Oz Cans Baby Clams, drained, juices reserved. |
| 4 cups | Water. |
| 4 | Red Potatoes, unpeeled, diced. |
| 1 | Pinch Nutmeg. |
| 2 tsp | Worcestershire Sauce. |
| ¼ tsp | Tabasco Sauce. |
| 2 cups | Light Cream. |
| 1 tsp | Dried Thyme. |
| 1 Tbsp | Fresh, chopped chives. |
Directions:
Spray a lg pot w/ cooking spray. Cook bacon in pot, until crisp. Remove bacon. Melt butter in pot. Saute onions, celery, and garlic in butter over med-high heat, until softened; add salt and pepper. Add flour, cook for 2 min, stirring often. Add clam juice and water; bring to a simmer and simmer 15 min. Add potatoes, nutmeg, worcestershire sauce, and tabasco sauce. Simmer 15 min. Add cream, clams, and thyme; bring to a boil. Heat for 10 min. Add chives and bacon.
