Randy's Chicken Chili

Boneless, skinless chicken make this fast and easy chili a healthy choice.
Ingredients
- 1 can sweet corn
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 can tomatoes
- 2 packages mild chili mix
- 4 cups water

Method
Mix all ingredients in a pot. Cook on medium heat for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
Notes: Add 2 chopped jalapenos if you like a little heat.
