Ranch-style chili

Ground beef, onion, green pepper, kidney beans, canned tomatoes and tomato sauce go into this chili, which is flavored with Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, celery salt, Tabasco sauce, and oregano.
Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcstershire sauce
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. bottled hot pepper sauce
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Method
Sprinkle celery salt in skillet. Crumble beef into skillet; add onion, and green peppers. Cook over medium-high heat until meat is brown. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, chili powder, and hot pepper sauce. Turn down heat to medium-low. Cover and simmer for about an hour, stirring occasionally. Add beans; heat through.
