
This very rich crawfish bisque takes a few hours in the crock pot. It contains 4 varieties of canned soup, whipping cream, Tabasco & Cheez Whiz.
Saute butter and green onions for 3 to 4 minutes. In a crock-pot, combine all of the soups, cream, and onion-butter mixture. Cook on low several hours, then stir in Cheez Whiz, Tabasco and cooked crawfish. Heat through. Serve hot in bowls with a dollop of Cheez Whiz and Tabasco sauce to taste.
