Quick and Easy Chili Dog Casserole

Canned chili, sliced hot dogs, cubed Velveeta cheese and chopped green onion are topped with a corn muffin batter in this easy casserole.

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
• 2 cans of chili, with or without beans
• 1 pkg hot dogs, sliced
• 6 green onions, chopped
• 1/3 brick Velveeta cheese, cubed

Method

Prepare corn muffin mix and set aside. Mix all other ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish or casserole. Pour corn muffin batter over top; bake at 350 degrees about 20-25 minutes or until done.

Notes: My kids love this particular recipe because they can make it themselves. And after all, what kid doesn't love chili dogs and corn dogs? This is the best of both worlds.
