This easy soup recipe is creamy and full of robust flavor. Serve this as your main course or as a starter to your meal.
Saute onions in small amount of olive oil. Add sausage sliced crosswise. When onions and sausage are brown, add chopped potatoes and water to cover. Cook until potatoes are tender. Add evaporated milk and heat to boiling. Add enough potato flakes to thicken.
Notes:
Add just enough potato flakes to thicken, a little at a time.
