Pork Sweet and Sour Soup

A warm and flavorful soup with pork, sauerkraut, prunes, raisins and noodles.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs diced pork
- 12 ounces sauerkraut
- 1 lb pitted prunes
- 1 lb raisins
- 1 large bag Kluski noodles

Method
In a large pot add pork, sauerkraut, prunes and raisins. Fill with water until 3/4 full. Place pot on stove buner, on medium heat, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Let simmer another 45 minutes, stirring ocasionally. Prepare Kluski noodles in another pot and pour through a strainer. With a large soup bowl combine noodles and soup mix together.
