Lite and Simple Chili

This chili has ground turkey breast, onion, celery & tomatoes for lean appeal, plus Sloppy Joe sauce, cumin & Tabasco for seasonings.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground raw turkey breast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small bunch celery, chopped
- 1 pepper, seeded and diced (choice of color and hotness)
- 1 can Manwich Bold Sloppy Joe sauce
- 1 14-oz. jar petite tomatoes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1-2 tbsp tabasco sauce, or to taste
- Nacho chips, optional

Method
In large saucepan or Dutch oven, brown meat in 1 tbsp of the olive oil; remove and set aside. Add onion, celery, pepper, and remaining oil to pan; cook until slightly softened. Add turkey and remaining items to pan; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes. Add water if chili thickens too much. Serve with slightly crushed nacho chips to sprinkle on top, if desired.
Notes: A very tasty & simple recipe. Only 1 pan makes for quick & easy clean up!
