Ingredients:
| 8 oz | Canned Pumpkin Puree |
| 8 oz | Canned Split Pea Soup |
| 6 oz | (3/4 Cup) Whole Milk |
| 6 oz | (3/4 Cup) Half-and-half or Light Cream |
| 1 lb | Small To Medium Shrimp, cooked and cleaned |
| ½ lb | Cooked or Canned Crabmeat |
| ¼ cup | Dry Sherry |
| Nutmeg | |
| Sea Salt & Freshly Ground Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Combine and heat pumpkin, pea soup, milk, and half-and-half in a large pot. Add shrimp and crabmeat; heat for a few more minutes. Just before serving, stir in sherry, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Helpful Tips:
Do not allow the bisque to boil at any point. Makes a delightful appetizer to a holiday meal.
