Hearty Sausage Soup

This sausage soup is accompanied by mixed vegetables, noodles, and combined with gravy mix for an interesting new flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy ground sausage
- 4.5 oz package of country gravy mix (makes 3.5 cups prepared)
- 7 cups of water
- 16 oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
- Three Italian herb flavored bullion cubes
- 8 oz broad ribbon noodles

Method
Brown sausage in a pan over medium heat. Drain. Prepare gravy mix as stated on package. In a large pot over medium heat, combine sausage, gravy, frozen vegetables, remaining water (4 cups), and bouillon cubes. Heat covered (stirring occasionally) for 10-12 minutes until vegetables are no longer frozen. Add noodles and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes.
Notes: Brand name of gravy used was Souhteastern Mills.
