German Stew


2 Tbsp Oil
1 Pork Loin Roast or Pork Ribs
1 bag Fresh Baby Carrots
1 Large Onion, rough chopped
2 cans Sauerkraut, i prefer to not use the kind with caraway seeds, but choose the one you like!
Pepper Mill
Seasoned Salt, garlic powder


Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan. Season your pork with seasoned salt and sear in pan. Once all sides are nicely seared, place pork into a slow cooker crock pot. Add the fresh cracked pepper (I use a lot!) and garlic powder. Add the carrots, onion, and sauerkraut. Cook on low for about 6- 8 hours, or until it's cooked through and falling apart
