German Stew

Ingredients:
| 2 Tbsp | Oil |
| 1 | Pork Loin Roast or Pork Ribs |
| 1 bag | Fresh Baby Carrots |
| 1 | Large Onion, rough chopped |
| 2 cans | Sauerkraut, i prefer to not use the kind with caraway seeds, but choose the one you like! |
| Pepper Mill | |
| Seasoned Salt, garlic powder |
Directions:
Heat the oil over medium high heat in a large frying pan. Season your pork with seasoned salt and sear in pan. Once all sides are nicely seared, place pork into a slow cooker crock pot. Add the fresh cracked pepper (I use a lot!) and garlic powder. Add the carrots, onion, and sauerkraut. Cook on low for about 6- 8 hours, or until it's cooked through and falling apart
