
This hearty chowder contains ground beef, green pepper, onion and corn. It also uses both condensed bean with bacon and tomato soups, and can be cooked in less than half an hour.
In a large saucepan, cook ground beef with green pepper and onion until the beef is no longer pink and vegetables are tender. Drain fat. Stir in soups, corn and water. Cover and simmer 20 minutes to blend flavors.
