Easy Seafood Bisque

This soup is made easy by the use of packaged white sauce mix and Newburg sauce mix. Precooked shrimp, bay scallops and fish are included in this bisque recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 pint half-&-half
- Milk (about 1 qt.)
- 1 pkg. white sauce mix
- 1 pkg. Newburg sauce mix
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. small (bay) scallops
- 1/2 lb. any white fish, cut up
- 1/2 lb. precooked small shrimp
- Salt
- Pepper

Method
Make soup base by mixing half-&-half, butter, sauce mixes, and about 1 quart of milk in saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until very hot. Add scallops and fish. Cook 5-8 minutes, until fish flakes. Stir in precooked shrimp. Heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with fresh hot rolls.
