Dippy Vegetable Soup

This soup is rich and full of flavor. There are plenty of vegetables and the soup is nicely finished off with French onion dip.
Ingredients
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1 cup V8 juice
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp dried onion
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder or 2 fresh chopped garlic cloves
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 8 oz frozen broccoli, thawed
- 8 oz frozen vegetable mix, thawed
- 8 oz frozen asparagus, thawed
- 2 leek stalks, chopped small
- 4 oz French onion chip dip
- Favorite croutons

Method
Place first 10 ingredients in pot on medium heat and cook 1/2 hour. Add next 5 ingredients and cook another 15 minutes. Serve with croutons or warm biscuits.
