Easy to make, healthy and delicious--your family will love this traditional chili with ground beef, chili beans, and a mix of vegetables.
Cook ground beef in medium saute pan until brown. While ground beef is cooking, add rest of ingredients to a large kettle. When ground beef is finished, add to kettle with rest of ingredients. Bring mix to a boil, stirring occasionally, over medium high heat. Reduce heat to low or low medium and simmer for 2.5-3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Notes:
When finished cooking, remove chili pepper slices and discard. Garnish with cheddar cheese and saltine crackers.
