Creamy and hearty potato soup made easy in a slow cooker.

6 cup Peeled Potatoes, cut up
5 cup Water
Chopped Onion, desired amount
Chopped Carrots, desired amount
¼ cup Butter
4 tsp Chicken Bouillon Granules
1 Large Can Evaporated Milk
Chopped Parsley


Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk and parsley. Pour into crock-pot; cover. Cook on high for 7 hours. Add milk and parsley. Cover and cook 1 hour longer. If needed, add a little salt or pepper for taste.
