|6 cup||Peeled Potatoes, cut up|
|Chopped Onion, desired amount|
|Chopped Carrots, desired amount|
|4 tsp||Chicken Bouillon Granules|
|1||Large Can Evaporated Milk|
Combine all ingredients except evaporated milk and parsley. Pour into crock-pot; cover. Cook on high for 7 hours. Add milk and parsley. Cover and cook 1 hour longer. If needed, add a little salt or pepper for taste.
