Chili con Corny

This chili contains ground beef, tomato sauce, canned corn, and mushrooms. It's seasoned with a little chili powder, cumin and Tabasco.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 28 oz. can tomato sauce
- 1 14.5 oz canned or frozen corn
- 1 4.5 oz can mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 1/8 tsp cumin
- 2 dashes bottled red pepper sauce

Method
Brown ground beef until no pink remains. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, corn (un-drained), mushrooms, chili powder, cumin and red pepper sauce. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes and serve.
Notes: This is great for those nights when you have no idea what you want for dinner. It goes together fast and has ingredients you can always have on hand.
