Chicken Noodle and Potato Soup

This quick and easy chicken soup is made with potatoes, canned chicken and frozen noodles.
 

Ingredients

  • 2-3 medium potatoes
  • 1 9.75 oz can chicken breast
  • 1 49.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 1 12 oz pkg frozen noodles
  • 1-3 cubes chicken bouillon, optional
 
Method

Dice potatoes and boil separately. Heat broth and chicken in sauce pan or crock pot. When hot, add noodles plus drained potatoes and bouillon. Cook until noodles are done.

 

Notes: If results are not soupy enough, add 1 small can of chicken broth.

 

Number of Servings: 4-6 servings
