Ingredients:
| 1× 12 oz bag | Frozen Green Peas |
| 2 cups | Vegetable Broth |
| 1 cup | Dry Sparkling Wine |
| ½ cup | Creme Fraiche |
| 1 tsp | Thyme |
| Salt & Freshly Ground Black Pepper, to taste |
Directions:
Add vegetable broth and frozen peas to a pot, then bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and add sparkling wine. Using an immersion blender, or a regular blender in small batches and puree the pea soup. Over low heat and blend in the creme fraiche. Add thyme and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
