
A great fall bean and squash soup flavored with savory seasonings that everyone will enjoy.
Melt margarine in saucepan; add onion and garlic and saute until softened. Add water, beans, squash, bouillon cubes, and ginger root. Cook mixture for 30 minutes or until beans and squash are very soft. Put mixture through a blender and process until pureed. Reheat; add pepper. If soup is too thick, add more water.
