
This soup is a great way to change bland leftovers into a wonderful side dish.
Coarsly chop the baked potatos with skins. Place in slow cooker. Add the rest of the ingrediants into the slow cooker in order as listed. Cook on medium heat for 2hrs or until bubbling.
Notes:
Garnigh with fresh chives and Cheddar Cheese.
